Beginner:
Familiarise yourself with the fundamentals
Our beginner workouts will build up your knowledge and strength, and confidence as you slowly progress to harder exercises. You’ll be seeing progress in no time as you perfect your form and control. No matter where your starting point, you’ll be challenged and energised. Remember, it’s never too late to start.
Intermediate:
Ramp up the burn with harder moves
Our intermediate class will introduce more challenging flows that will really test your strength, endurance and coordination. Level up as you push past your limits and take your Pilates practice even further. It’s won't be easy, but we promise it’ll be worth it.
Jumpboard:
Bring the heat with low-impact, sweaty goodness
Our jumpboard class takes your reformer workout up a notch with dynamic, low-impact jumps that fire up your legs, core, and stamina. Expect an energising blend of cardio and control that will leave you feeling powerful and accomplished. It’s a challenge, but one you’ll want to come back for.
