GETTING STARTED

  • Our 4-class trial package for $100 is a great way to get a feel for our classes.

  • If you’re just starting out, our Beginner classes are great for building up your confidence and fundamentals before progressing into harder flows.

BEFORE YOUR FIRST CLASS

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early so you have time to check in, complete our waiver form, and get yourself ready for class.

    We have a strict grace period of 5 minutes for latecomers after which no entry is allowed. This is for safety reasons and to avoid class disruptions.

  • Come dressed comfortably for a workout. Grip socks are mandatory for class so please remember to bring a pair. If you happen to forget (we all do sometimes!) you can simply purchase them from our front desk.

  • Having a water bottle with you is recommended - we’ve got you covered with a dispenser so hydrate away.

    We don’t provide towels so do bring one as needed.

STUDIO AMENITIES

  • Absolutely! We’ve got a changing room as well as a washroom. No showers though.

  • We’ve got a shelf near our entrance where you can place your belongings. However, we recommend that you keep your valuables with you.
